Welcome to My Soul in Sync (“Site”). By accessing or purchasing from this Site you (“you,” “Client,” or “Participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully; they create a legally binding agreement.

My Soul in Sync is operated by Lynette Knight ABN 12 345 678 901. Our mission is to deliver transformative coaching, education, and digital resources through the S.O.U.L. Method™ and complementary modalities.

* Live and on-demand group coaching programs
* Private healing sessions (The Remembering Sessions)
* Community memberships and support circles
* Workshops, retreats, and masterclasses
These services provide guidance; they are not a replacement for medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice. Always consult appropriate professionals for such matters.
3 · Pricing & Payment
All fees are displayed in *Australian Dollars (AUD)** unless stated otherwise.
* Payments are processed securely via Stripe or approved bank transfer.
* For coaching or membership subscriptions, your card will be billed automatically on the schedule displayed at checkout.
Digital products and program deposits are *non-refundable** once access is granted. For live coaching containers, a 7-day “Good-Fit Grace Period” applies (details in individual program agreements).
4 · Booking, Rescheduling, Cancellation
* Session bookings are made through our online scheduler.
Cancellations or reschedules require *24 hours’ notice**. Short-notice or missed appointments may be forfeited without refund.
* If we must reschedule, you will be offered alternative times or a full refund.
5 · Intellectual Property
All content—including the S.O.U.L. Method™, Embodied Soul Sequencing™, Inner Radiance Reconnection™ frameworks, logos, videos, audio files, PDFs, and community posts—is protected by copyright. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. Redistribution, replication, or resale without express written consent is prohibited.
6 · Disclaimer of Results
Every soul journey is unique. We do not guarantee specific results, earnings, or healing outcomes. Your progress depends on your commitment, openness, and life circumstances. By participating, you accept full responsibility for your choices and actions.
7 · Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Soul in Sync, its directors, officers, employees, or affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site, products, or services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
8 · Privacy Reference
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9 · Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New South Wales.
10 · Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
